Absolutely the worst car buying experience we have ever had! We are return Herb Chambers customers and this experience was a complete 180 from our first experience. Jerked around with our appointments, p had! We are return Herb Chambers customers and this experience was a complete 180 from our first experience. Jerked around with our appointments, promised phone calls that never happen until you chase them down. Flip text remarks in response to questions. We were actually treated like our purchase wasn't important. Lastly, we were charged for things that Herb Chambers didn't deliver (registration), we paid for it and can't seem to get our money back. If it wasn't for how much my wife loved the car she was buying, we would have walked away several times. I could actually write a book about how disappointed I was with this experience.
