The district manager kept my truck for the 30 day period so I couldn't get the things fixed it needed they did 0 maintaining to it it needed everything done n over 1500 dollars it cost needed a new front se so I couldn't get the things fixed it needed they did 0 maintaining to it it needed everything done n over 1500 dollars it cost needed a new front seat cover they damaged my truck on delivery n didn't replace the tailgate they charged me the 1200 for the ceramic coating that was never put on they scratched my whole truck with swirls n purposely scratched big ones and dented it they put over 1000 miles on it refused to give me corporate #. It needed brakes n roters n everything flushed they did nothing but drive it around left 2 dry rot tires on it that cost 900 for 2 it's a 2020 lt trail boss I asked them to fix the issues n they refused 2. I went in for an oil change and for them to check the car over. My experience was great. The dealership is very clean and the staff is very professional. I was there for about 2 hours, but it was because the over. My experience was great. The dealership is very clean and the staff is very professional. Another great experience with our service advisor, Nick and the service team at BMW of Sudbury. The car was experiencing a tire pressure monitor malfunction.
