Owning a BMW had been a dream for many years,2013 was the year to find out if in fact dreams can come true. I scouted a few cars on line and made contact via the website. All of my queries were returned promptly and forthrightly. My husband and I made an appointment to visit. The receptionist matched us up with Charlie. He was open, friendly-not at all pushy, took all the time we wanted to answer questions and was able to help us come to the conclusion that a BMW might indeed be a possibility for this elementary school principal. We looked at available 328is and were offered the chance to test drive any we liked...which we did. They were all wonderful,drove fantastically but none of them was a color that made my heart sing. Charlie scoured the inventory,went out to the lots, and brought up one that I instantly fell in love I with in a marine blue. Charlie was careful to say that it had just come in and had not been thoroughly checked,serviced, brought up to BMW per owned certified standards etc. but he would ask to get it ready for a test drive as quickly as possible. No pressure was put on us at all. We left the dealership impressed and anxious to see if our return trip would be as positive. In a few days we were called and a mutually convenient time was arranged. When we arrived, we were one again greeted politely, offered a beverage and escorted to Charlie's office. He arrived with the keys and we went off on another test drive. It drove beautifully and we decided to go forward....bracing for a hard sell or sudden hidden charges we were pleasantly surprised. The figure we had been quoted had not changed and Charlie waited until well after his work day had ended while we met with the finance person. Charlie helped us out of the locked and closed dealership and promised to be there when we came to pick up my dream car. He was and patiently went through all of the car's features with us. Professionalism is characterized by knowledgeability ,courteousness, empathy, patience and integrity and in Charlie we encountered all of those traits. We have recommended him to several colleagues and would not hesitate to do so again as well as the dealership--top notch in all regard! More
The whole process from Finding the vehicle to buying was a piece of cake with BMW Sudbury dealership. Starting from Philip Hunt (Internet Client Care Manager) he was very courteous,took my requirements over a piece of cake with BMW Sudbury dealership. Starting from Philip Hunt (Internet Client Care Manager) he was very courteous,took my requirements over the phone and scheduled a appointment for me. The same evening I received call from Brian (His manager) to confirm the appointment and if for some reason Philip is involved performing his duties and providing excellent customer service, Brian will take care of me when I arrive. The day of the appointment Brian greeted me at the reception and introduced me to John DiBitetto (Client advisor), his approach was pretty amazing. He was not trying to sell me any thing rather he was looking at my requirements and was working with me to find a car that met my requirements and the budget. We settled on a price that was slightly above my my budget but I know it was a good deal. We were in constant touch via email/phone for the whole process till the delivery of the car. The best part was he explained me all the features of the car in very systematic way. I bought my wife a Mercedez from Westwood couple of years ago the sales guy never explained us all the features but John explained every possible feature from left to right,I don't think so I'll ever need to read any forums or Online to look at any features. He also took care of me via email after delivery, checking on how I like the car, if there are any questions etc. Since I bought a certified car, I felt like somethings should be looked/checked again with the service department, John scheduled an appointment for me for the car to be looked at. Again A+ for service department:) So definitely A+ overall. More

I took my car for servicing last year. Initially there were some issues but later on resolved by their manager.Now I am all satisfied and looking forward again for this dealership.They showed professional were some issues but later on resolved by their manager.Now I am all satisfied and looking forward again for this dealership.They showed professionalism in resolving the issues. I was told to go to BMW of Sudbury from a friend..I had already been to another dealership and was unhappy with the service.. I was looking for a used x5... And that is what charlie showed me. I saw the already been to another dealership and was unhappy with the service.. I was looking for a used x5... And that is what charlie showed me. I saw the new x3 on the floor and insisted I drive one.. Fell in love and bought it. I was never pressured or talked into a car. I bought the car I wanted. Charlie gave me a very thorough lesson on how to drive the car...however way to much info! And I went back again and he answered every question. It was a pleasant surprise to deal with a team of professionals who were very respectful of the market research we had done. Fahad the General Sales Manager was exceptional with his people skills always making sure we were buying what we needed and most importantly, NOTHING MORE. He also arranged for a loaner car before we bought our car, given that the paperwork took extra time due to a blizzard. For now, I will certainly go back to this team for my next car and I would, without any hesitation, recommend them. I am hoping for similar experiences as I interact with the service team. – Stay tuned. More
BMW of Sudbury is the 3rd dealership my wife and I have used in the past 8 years. It's our 4th BMW lease. Needless to say we value this product immensely and would have no other. However, until now we've not found our "Home" BMW dealership, which I'm very happy to say that now we have. What I mean by a "home" dealership is that it's the number one place I wish to do all of my BMW business with. I would like to elaborate on this further. Sales: From our Client Advisor to the General Manager we were treated with dignity, respect and felt very comfortable throughout the entire negotiating process. In fact, instead of negotiating our lease deal it was like being asked "where do you need to be and let us help you get there". Dealership: This is the most beautiful facility I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, well designed and exudes excellence without opulence. Service: This is the only dealership that I know that offers to deliver a BMW loaner car to one’s doorstep when service is needed and returns one’s car when service is completed. Also, I can stop into the dealership and get a complimentary car wash and vacuum at anytime. This may have been offered at other dealerships but the quality of the cleaning was severely lacking i.e. windows not cleaned, vacuuming only perfunctory at best. Not so at BMW of Sudbury. The car comes back with a noticeable attention to detail one would expect from BMW. Finance: When we sat with the Finance Manager, he thoroughly went over the extras we might wish to consider without any pressure to purchase anything we did not want. He simply highlighted the benefits and why we would want to consider them. Also, I’m proud to say that as a veteran I suggested to the General Manager that he have some type of discount for Veterans. I’m pleased to say that he acted immediately and they now offer 15% discount for Veterans on “Parts Life Style & Accessories”. In closing, even if you already have your home BMW dealership, next time you’re in the vicinity of BMW of Sudbury, stop by for a great car wash, some delicious pastry and a cup of tea or coffee. I believe you’ll be happy you did. More

I have been a customer of theirs for 9 years, since they were Foreign Motors West, and now BMW of Sudbury. My service advisor Colleen Silver has been incredible. Simply put, Colleen is the reason I decided to buy my new car at BMW of Sudbury. Colleen is organized, articulate, and efficient! She always takes extra steps to make sure that I am taken care of and that I understand everything before my car is serviced. Patrice Chassagnade is also an asset to the service team. She assisted me when I was in my old car and with my son waiting for a tow truck. Patrice arranged for the car to be brought to the dealership and made sure that I felt safe waiting for help and that my service team was expecting my car. Every time I drive in for service, I feel special and as if I am their most important customer. If I need transportation, no problem... a loaner car is provided by Colleen, and if one is not available, she always gives me a rental car compliments of the dealership. If I can't make it there, they send a driver to drop off my car and take the loaner back. It is always about making things more convenient for me. I have told Adam Silva the service manager how wonderful his service team is! I must also give honorable mention to Will Pauls and Tom who are members of the service team that have also assisted me. I was in recently in for service with my 7 year old X5. I expressed interest in a new BMW and Eric Millar, initially helped me and showed me the new X5 as well as the new X3. Eric was affable, insightful, and did not make me feel pressured or stressed. I immediately fell in love with the X3, and when I called to come in for a test drive and Eric informed me that was his day off, he made sure his colleague Yong Kanti was going to be free to be my client advisor, and Eric personally arranged a time for us to meet. Eric went beyond my expectations to make me feel comfortable and know that I would be taken care of - to me that is a team effort! When I met Yong Kanti, he was friendly, helpful, and he answered all of my numerous questions. He listened to my needs and the features I was interested in for my car. He was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with going for a test drive in my preferred vehicle the X3. He worked hard to help me evaluate and trade in my old vehicle and get me a fair price with all of the options for my new dream car! I was also quite impressed with the managers James Affannato, Fahad Arshad, and even the General Manager Pranav Gill, who all came out to make sure I was being taken care of and gave me that extra feeling of a personal experience. They really made me feel at ease with the negotiations and that they cared about making sure I was being taken care of and happy. Who does that? I have never had anything like that ever happen in the past. Mike Cerone, in the finance department, is another wonderful person working at BMW of Sudbury. Mike is easy going and also went out of his way to clarify all of my concerns and inquiries about getting additional tire and wheel protection, ding protection, and having a special sealant applied to the bumpers and side mirrors. He explained things clearly and paid attention to what I needed. When I picked up my new car Yong stayed with me and made sure that I comprehended all of the new and exciting features on my car. I'm pretty sure I took a lot longer and asked way too many questions, but Yong was kind and patient with me! It was the most positive and sincere experience I have ever encountered with a car dealership. I am now thrilled to own my third consecutive BMW, I will only service it at BMW of Sudbury, and when I am ready to buy my next BMW I will definitely go back to see Yong and the fantastic team at BMW of Sudbury!
