Unlike the experience I encountered at most other dealerships I visited, Billy was eager to help and answer any and all questions we had but did so in a pressure-free manner, which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make sure that the entire experience went smoothly, including coordinating signing the papers and delivery of the car around last minute business travel that required me to be out of state. Kim in finance was also a real pleasure to work with and continued the great service into that part of the transaction as well. I will absolutely recommend Billy Hronas and BMW of Sudbury to friends and colleagues. More

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I must say the experience was not as daunting as I thought it would be, mostly due to client advisor Marjorie Nicolas. Marjorie was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable which was especially important as this was my first BMW. She answered my countless questions, addressed all of my concerns, and did so in a professional and sometimes humorous way. She made me feel very comfortable through the entire process from the initial Sunday afternoon where I test drove the vehicle to just a few days later when I picked the vehicle up. She kept me updated with phone calls and emails and has followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was going well and I was happy with my new car. I absolutely my love my new to me 3 series and I look forward to working with BMW of Sudbury and Marjorie in the future. More

I purchase a car about every ten years, so when I so, I put a lot of thought and consideration into the purchase--everything matters! The car, the dealership, the salesperson, the receptionist and more. I have to say that BMW of Sudbury is a superb facility and Curtis is an excellent sales person. I don't even like to use the word 'sales' because I never felt pressure from Curtis. He listened to everything I wanted and needed in a car and presented what was available. He is extremely knowledgeable about the BMW vehicles and cars in general. He let me test drive the car as often as I needed to feel comfortable with the purchase, and spent as long as I needed reviewing all aspects of the purchase from features on the vehicle to pricing to warranty and maintenance plans. I felt like I had a partner every step of the way. When I went to pick up the car, Curtis spent over an hour going over all the features until I was confident to drive off the lot. This is my first BMW, but surely not my last! I will be sending others to BMW of Sudbury and Curtis! More

Service and Sales in BMW of Sudbury is awesome!! I bought BMW Convertible and had some service need after almost a year. I called up Fahad Arshad who is sales manager in BMW of Sudbury. He not only g I bought BMW Convertible and had some service need after almost a year. I called up Fahad Arshad who is sales manager in BMW of Sudbury. He not only gave me options on what work needs to be done but also made his colleague from service team call me . Service team personal was superb. He took extra step to talk to people and help me out with my problem. And yes this is called customer service. It is not that i did not try other dealer. In fact Tulley BMW was closest to my house but the service folks there were not someone with whom i would like to work with in future and neither will recommend. They were trying their best to make money and there was no customer service at all. Really weird center. I will never recommend anyone to visit that place. Just close your eyes and visit BMW of Sudbury and talk to Fahad. I assure new/old customer that the assistance they will get @ BMW of sudbury will be the best. These guys are simply superb. I made a good choice by going with Herb Chambers and would always want to go with them for all my car needs!! More

WOW! GOT A NEW M4 from CURTIS M. - BEST DEAL EVER! Dear Yelp, I bought an $80k 2015 BMW M4 from this dealer. I was pretty sure I wanted this car the second I saw it at the dealership. I emailed Pranav G. ahead of time before I got to the dealership. He had the car ready and waiting for me when I got there to go and test drive. Before the test drive I wandered around the dealership and was offered drinks and snacks which was nice and unlike any other dealership I had ever been to. I think I even saw a children's play room and entertainment area inside the dealership. After having a water and waiting less than 5 minutes to set the test drive up, I was greeted by Curtis M. Curtis is a salesman. I hate to even call him a salesman, because he really isn't. He is a BMW ENTHUSIAST who knows EVERYTHING about EVERY BMW that is forsale. He made me feel very comfortable every step of the way, from test drive to finalizing the deal. He is very knowledgeable about his product. If you are in the market for a BMW and may be unsure of some specific features/options/ad ons you may need, Curtis M. will help direct you in the right direction. It is very rare to find truly passionate people who are in sales that actually love and breath the product that they represent.
