There was no question that was unanswered and I truly feel that my expectations were met. Juan the Sales Manager and Brad in Fiance are further example of the great crew at BMW Sudbury. I was trading in my Nissan and I live at least 40 mins away from this dealership; I was not able to pick up my car the first time around because of minor issues. Wilson was very accommodating and suggested several times that he could drive the car to me and make the trade-in from there. Overall, I had a good first experience. More
