My favorite Repair Customer Service Rep recommended that we speak with his favorite Salesman, Charlie Karkaetedes. Charlie K was (as advertised) funny, pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I told him what we might be interested in, he found the car for us, and we worked out a fair lease deal on the spot. Done! Would most highly recommend Charlie (and already have) to anyone looking for a BMW. Thank you Charlie! More

Amazing!!! I found a car online on a Sunday night. Sent a message about.. First thing monday morning I was contacted.. They connected me to Malcom.. From the first conversation, I felt like I was talking to friend who I grew up with. I was not able to make it to see the car, he said" not a problem at all.. I'll bring the car right to your front door on Wednesday." He put absolutely no pressure on me what so ever. I test drove the car, Saturday I was back there to buy it..
