After 22 months and countless test drives of many different cars, I found myself at Hendrick Volvo of Charleston. Connor Beverly approached us to see how could assist. We are always extremely pleased with the service department at Rick Hendrick Volvo. Today’s impromptu stop was no different. We had a dim right rear brake light, but it had not yet shown up on t department at Rick Hendrick Volvo. Today’s impromptu stop was no different. We had a dim right rear brake light, but it had not yet shown up on the instrument panel. We were in the area, so we decided to drop by without an appointment. Without hesitation Courtney and Bryce took a look at our rear brake light. Bryce determined that the bulb was not inserted correctly. Rather than re-insert the old bulb, they decided to replace it with a new bulb. Problem fixed…both brake lights were now equally bright. When we asked Courtney how much we owed her, she said there was no charge! Volvo employees truly know how to treat their customers! Courtney and Bryce were friendly, provided terrific service, they were quick and efficient and they sent us back out on the road following a complimentary service. It doesn’t get any better than that!!! More
