I had a not so great experience with a Volvo service department back in Cincinnati so was hopeful this would be a better visit. The service team at Hendrick did not disappoint! I was offered a loaner department back in Cincinnati so was hopeful this would be a better visit. The service team at Hendrick did not disappoint! I was offered a loaner car (I requested one because I never got my car back in a timely manner at my old dealer) but was told the service would take about an hour so I opted to wait. It was almost exactly an hour when Ronald came to tell me my car was done. I decided to wait until my car could be washed so that was an extra half hour but I didn't mind. My overall visit exceeded my expectations and I am so happy it went well! More
