SALES VISIT - NEW

This review is for our Salesperson: TJ Tercanli: TJ made an impression with us! It turns out he was the sales person that helped me out in 2018! I was researching and test driving all luxury vehi made an impression with us! It turns out he was the sales person that helped me out in 2018! I was researching and test driving all luxury vehicles to come to a few to choose from. I was sold with the experience TJ gave me back then and the vehicle! At that point, I knew I wanted the XC90, but wasn't sure if was going to be big enough, and also, my other half was fighting me the whole way, due to not being a fan of the exterior appearance. The safety features that TJ highlighted & interior finally was the winning factor! It really never crossed my mind of the safety features being the convincing factor?! TJ gave such a fantastic overall experience and with the excellent service reviews, we have been convinced on Volvo and this location! Meanwhile, our experiences with other competitors that day left us feeling like washing after, because we felt so dirty from sales tactics!! Kudos TJ and Hendrick Volvo! More
