I recently brought my 2020 XC 60 in for service to Hendrick Volvo Cars of Charleston for the first time. I just recently relocated to the area so I was concerned that being the car was not purchased Hendrick Volvo Cars of Charleston for the first time. I just recently relocated to the area so I was concerned that being the car was not purchased at this dealership I would be treated somewhat differently and put on the “back burner”. Boy was I wrong. I had the pleasure of meeting Ron Odegaard, my service advisor, and I immediately knew I was in the right place. Ron took care of all my concerns, addressed every issue quickly and was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I even received a video explaining all the work that was performed, that is something i never saw before from any other dealership.
