The largest part of the dealership experience is your salesman. Bob Schneider took a normally terrible process and made it painless and easy. Bob also took his own time, after the dealership had closed, to go over the vehicle controls once again, to ensure it was set up proper for my wife and I. After we left, we went to a big box home store, that had terrible service, from there I had the worst pizza of my life at an upscale wood-fired pizza joint, and topped off the day going to a department/grocery store that had all their dairy products frozen. I remarked to my wife, it was really something when buying a vehicle was the best part of the day. If I purchase another vehicle, I will check with Bob first. More
