John Michael was my service advisor yesterday for scheduled maintenance. It was my first visit for service here since I purchased the XC60 B5. John was accommodating and welcoming. He explained the software upgrade and that they would also inspect the vehicle’s condition. The waiting area is comfortable with WIFI, cold & hot beverages, and snacks! This dealership is 125 miles from home (although we have a local Volvo dealership here) but coming to Charleston is well worth the drive! More
