Ben Coppel was amazing to work with!! My husband and I went in on Friday and bought him a 2021 XC60 Hybrid and loved the service and personal touch that we received from Ben. Ben is such a good person went in on Friday and bought him a 2021 XC60 Hybrid and loved the service and personal touch that we received from Ben. Ben is such a good person and so kind and very knowledgeable. On Saturday we went back and bought a 2021 XC90 Hybrid for me. Ben provided exceptional service and went above and beyond. I would rate 6 stars if possible. Tanju (TJ) Tercanli is absolutely fantastic, and a consummate professional! I had the best experience working with him at Hendrick Volvo Cars of Charleston. TJ went out o absolutely fantastic, and a consummate professional! I had the best experience working with him at Hendrick Volvo Cars of Charleston. TJ went out of his way to provide what is by far the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I was a very loyal customer (4 cars) of a different luxury brand until they botched a car order (for what would have been my 5th one of the brand) and left me holding the bag without offering any viable solutions. At the same time, my mother was diagnosed with cancer and starting chemo; having to scramble to replace cars was the last of the things on my mind to unexpectedly have to stress over. Yet, the other brand caused a massive amount of it at a horrible time. The Hendrick team found me a V60 T6 out of state. TJ arranged to bring it to me personally and walk me through everything with the V60, as it was my first Volvo. To be honest whereas the other brand was the cause of immense stress, it was the exact opposite from TJ and Dan Zarrillo at others at Hendrick Volvo. Thank you isn’t a sufficient expression to TJ, Dan and the Hendrick Volvo team, but especially TJ. I’ll be back to him & them in the future. I hope Mr. Hendrick knows how amazing TJ & the team are!
