I recently took our Volvo XC60 to Volvo of Charleston for service. This was for the 40,000 mile check and service. Bryce Salyers, the service advisor, was very courteous and efficient. I have confidence in the technicians at Hendrick Volvo who perform the work and never worry about the quality, whether it be an oil change, tire rotation, or alignment. I was very pleased with the precautions taken due to Covid and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. We actually have a Volvo dealership an hour closer to our home, but “choose” to buy and have our Volvo serviced in Charleston. Thank you for the professionalism and courteousness.
