This is my second Volvo XC90 and the 5th generation of the car. I loved my 2016 but never felt it quite had the tech and reliability of my previous automobiles.. After a break down at 104k miles Rick Hend the car. I loved my 2016 but never felt it quite had the tech and reliability of my previous automobiles.. After a break down at 104k miles Rick Hendricks services recognized a significant issue that was specifically related to my year and stepped in to assit me with Volvo America to address an engine recall issue. The General Manger, TJ my AE, and the Service Manger all stepped up to get Volvo America to make the issue right. Which they did on a 2016 XC90 with 104k. Given the top quality of the Volvo Rick Hendrick staff and the incredible deal they gave me, I made the option to purchase a 2021 Inscription XC90. This version has updated software, a phone app and has a more significant driver experience. Looking forward to working with Rich, TJ and William in the future!!! More
