I would like to give Joshua Frank and Colby (not sure of the last name) a HUGE HUGE shout out. I was traveling from Lubbock to Frisco in my 2019 VW Beetle and just 30 miles from my hotel, the ECP light and the last name) a HUGE HUGE shout out. I was traveling from Lubbock to Frisco in my 2019 VW Beetle and just 30 miles from my hotel, the ECP light and engine light came on in my car. My co-worker and I managed to make it to the hotel and first thing the next morning I called the nearest VW dealer, which was Hendrick VW in Frisco. Thank God for Joshua! I explained my circumstances that I was from out of town on business and the situation with my car and he told me to bring it in. They were, like all businesses, booked, but he assured me he could at least have it diagnosed by the next day. He called later that same day to advise he would be out of office the next day but would have Colby contact me and even gave me his direct line if I did not hear from anyone. Colby did call and said the High Pressure Gas Pump needed to be replaced, but they did not have any in stock and could get it in by the next week. I explained to him my circumstance that we had to check out of our hotel Friday morning and go home. He said he would see what he could do. and called me later that day to say he could have one there by Thursday. Sure enough, they got it and Thursday around 1:30pm Joshua called and said my car was good to go! I just want to say, these guys went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and I could head home as scheduled. If I lived in this area, I would never take my car anywhere else!!!! More

Shopping for my daughters first car is never fun with “sales people”. Well this was not the case. Let me be very clear -Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco was great and most of all Robert Fabian was not a regular sales person but was by far the “best” and main reason we purchased there. He was honest, upfront, gave facts only and was not trying to persuade you into anything. Not only did he find us a great car but this location did not have a market increase. ( most dealer right now are adding 3000-5000 on top of msrp). We have bought several cars and I can say this was by far the best experience. Thanks to Robert. Also the finance guy Raymond was not pushy but pleasant. Was upfront on upgrade options and didn’t get rude if you choose not to get any.
