After a call today from Alex, who says he is the owner of the dealership, I wish I could give them no star. Alex is arrogant and mean. He called me today about a review I made on Google about his dealership. the dealership, I wish I could give them no star. Alex is arrogant and mean. I purchased vehicle in May, 2022 and had not received any type of correspondence from dealership and I was charged much more than their advertised price for the same vehicle.. Alex called me today and wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. He talked over me and denied I was charged more than advertised price. He made no apologies for dealership not contacting me or anything else… Then he sent me a text message saying he never spoke to me. Alex was just as big of an xxx hole today during this call as he was when I bought the car. I really wanted this car with all its features… cars were hard to find during this time. If it had not been for that, I would never, ever have purchased a car from Hendricks Volkswagen simply because of Alex…. More

Fernando took great care of me and my Beetle for a recall and had the cars rims repaired. They look as good as new and the bent rim now runs true. When arriving to pick it up, it was even cleaned. I went because I had a grease leaking on the left C/V axle in my VW GLI and Joshua Frank took my car without any issues. I'm a car guy. My car has ceramic coating and he made sure no one washed or even m axle in my VW GLI and Joshua Frank took my car without any issues. I'm a car guy. My car has ceramic coating and he made sure no one washed or even misused it. I'm super happy how I was treated at the dealer and I will make sure to come back if I have any issues. Joshua and I kept communicating through email and phone as far as the status of the parts and the car at the moment it was at the shop. He was super friendly and professional. We had a great conversation about VW cars, OEM accessories and tunes. He even showed me pictures when he had his Golf GTI. Colby recieved the car when parts arrived the next week and he was super friendly and professional as well!! More
