Fernando in service is probably the worst advisor I've ever come across. From hounding my teenage brother why he doesn't want to spend $500 on tires (because that's what it cost everywhere) to refusing t ever come across. From hounding my teenage brother why he doesn't want to spend $500 on tires (because that's what it cost everywhere) to refusing to release service records to the owner of the vehicle. According to Fernando, my brother (a minor) is the sole owner of a car and documentation can only be released to him, even though a minor cannot have a car registered. He is not interested in doing any extra work if it does not benefit him in any ways. Every few years I try giving Hendrick a chance since it's my local VW dealer and this is the 5th VW I've owned in a few years, but they manage to drop the ball in every department. Not a single department I would recommend here. More
