They ensured that I was comfortable with the proposed service plan and kept me informed about the progress every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience stress-free. I also had a dashboard warning about the adaptive cruise control malfunction, to my surprise they just reset the warning and tested it was all good, so no charge for fixing it, you can imagine some mechanics may use this opportunity to perform unnecessary repairs but I loved their honesty here.
