Where do I start. ....this dealership will run your credit before they can give you a price on the vehicle. They are willing to work with you on the price, but you have to be very stubborn, and they may only take off $500 if you are lucky. I bought a 2022 Tiguan, and the turn signal is very loud. If that's something you like, then get a volkswagen. When buying a warranty for a used pre-owned certified be aware that this is only for their location and doesn't tranfer to others. My windshield wiper pump was leaking because of a manufactures defect. I spoke with the lady, and she informed me that I didn't have a warranty and that part would not be covered. Instead of paying them for a diagnostic fee and losing a days worth of work, I decided to replace it myself. Why? Because 1) I am more than capable and 2) I don't want to get ripped off by a dealership. Well, come to find out, my car was still under warranty, and they would have replaced that part. I was told to call customer service. Customer told me this dealership would not reimbursement when I have a receipt and the tank is not leaking now. Oh and the part was $115. I will never by another Volkswagen again. If they care more about $115 than the happiness of a customer, then do you really think they care about you? No, but they care about their bottom line even if it's $115. Likely response from the dealership will be that I signed the terms and conditions and I should have known. That may be true, but your staff should be trained properly. More
