Oh, I dread going to this dealership. I’ve had really bad experiences. I’ve been there really long periods of time for easy appointments. But Amy Faye in-service today who is training a new hire. Went above and beyond for me. She was super polite, very knowledgeable. I never felt like she forgot about me. She kept me up-to-date. She went over the things. The technician recommended in a wonderful way that didn’t seem pushy or greedy. Had I not I’ve had her for a service rider I probably would’ve been giving one star. More
