I purchased my 2023 Prius at Hendricks last year. Charlie Kaplan was my service tech when I returned for a 5000 mile maintenance and Ben Royall was my service tech last week when I finally got my sec Charlie Kaplan was my service tech when I returned for a 5000 mile maintenance and Ben Royall was my service tech last week when I finally got my second key fob that was not available when I bought my car.
