I bought a vehicle from this dealership online, and it was a great experience. Travis Beattie was my salesman, and he answered all my questions throughout the process, either via email, text, or phone. was a great experience. If he didn't know the answer offhand, he asked around and got the answer for me in a timely manner. The vehicle was delivered to my home in a timely manner (NC to SC), with a full tank of gas, recent oil change, and fully detailed! We took care of all the paperwork at my house. The NC dealership then took all my signed DMV paperwork to the SC DMV on my behalf, and I received my SC plates, registration, and title well before the temporary tags expired (probably just 2 weeks after delivery). Makenzie Barnes was my contact in their business office, doing a great job coordinating all the paperwork. I purchased another vehicle online a year or two ago, from a different dealership, and it went ok, but this process went smoother, so thanks again Hendrick Toyota Wilmington! More
