I have always had good service from this dealership, going on 4 years now. The staff is friendly and my problems are always fixed. Their waiting room is spacious and they have taxi service if you don' going on 4 years now. The staff is friendly and my problems are always fixed. The only issue I have is sometimes it seems to take longer to complete the service than I hope. Overall, I give this dealership a very good rating. More

I went with a friend to shop for new cars - either to buy or lease. As we approached the door, 5 or 6 salespeople approached and wouldn't let us just look around. The person who took us on a test drive made demeaning remarks about middle eastern people, having no idea if that was our background. Overall, he was generally annoying and pushy. He also remarked on the pink ribbon I have on my Toyota and asked why I displayed it. I said that was for my breast cancer. Right after we left he called to ask if he could pray for me. Very inappropriate. My friend and I left as soon as we could and felt like we needed a shower afterward. It's where I got my present car, but I will NOT return! More
