Excellent, prompt service for our Avalon Hybrid This was a 30K-mile service + NC Inspection visit, which Sylvia said would take 1:30 hrs. She had us out of there in 1:20 - with an exterior wash! Staff was accommodating & held the door for my wife's wheelchair, etc. Very pleasant, comfortable waiting area (except for a very loud woman on her cellphone). Maybe post a sign for "no phone calls" - and have another area where it's OK? Sylvia's the best - since 2011! More

Excellent Service I own a 2005 4-Runner with 200,000 plus miles. Brad and Keith have given me excellent advice as to when to do what. They had exactly what I was looking for and made it easy to do business. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in the past, but this was the best overall experience I have ever had. Naomi Z. and Mr. Mitchell were patient with me as I am a very particular guy. The finance office was fast and friendly. I felt at ease the whole time I was there, never felt pressured, and they presented me with multiple options to make the truck fit my budget. Their facilities are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. All the employees there seemed happy and the overall mood was positive, which speaks volumes about the organization. They also have a really nice Starbucks coffee machine and snacks available. I visited the service dept. last week for normal maintenance and was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism as well. Travis was great and got my car back to me in a snap. This was a big driver in making me return when I decided to buy a new truck, I will send my friends and my family as I feel like I have made some new friends, and we all buy Toyota vehicles exclusively. Service department is NOT doing good Took car in for price match on tires. Price provided to service afterwards not only did they not match the price, their price was $50 more than their Took car in for price match on tires.
