Once they found out I was new to the area, Johnny,the Assistant Service Manager, welcomed me and told me all about the dealership and gave me a tour of the facilities. He oversaw the servicing of my Rav. I was in and out in no time. Hendrick Toyota has a very nice and welcoming dealership. They were most helpful.
