Front brakes Had an appointment for front brakes, new pads, turn rotors, grease calipers. They were very busy that day yet were very polite and accommodating. Dealing with the team of Daisy Mabe and Bruce Winokur was the reason we purchased this car at Hendrick Toyota. They were outstanding in every way. We discussed different cars, different models and features, pricing and choices of leasing vs. purchasing. They were always helpful and extremely well informed. They listened to our needs and guided us through difficult choices. Daisy’s knowledge of the various cars, models and features was truly impressive and she always found ways to accommodate our needs. Bruce’s understanding of pricing choices and his focus on our needs were beyond what any buyer would normally expect. Sadly, I traded in my Prius that I have had for 10 years and 310,000 miles. I have had it serviced at your dealership for several years and again appreciate the honesty and help from Eric Sykes.
