We had used this dealership for over 10 years, bought our last 5 cars from them, and have all of our service done there, but after a recent issue we will no longer recommend them or be using them for future last 5 cars from them, and have all of our service done there, but after a recent issue we will no longer recommend them or be using them for future business. We recently had our car serviced there and when I picked it up it had a huge crack running across half of the windshield. Trying to be honest, I told them I did have a small chip on the side of the windshield from a small rock that had hit it 6 weeks prior (it had not run at all during this time). I asked for a repair as the crack did not fully develop until they had the car in their care. They did try to work with me but ultimately told me they had no responsibility and did not offer to fix the windshield or help with the repair cost. I was truly saddened and angry as we have repeatedly recommended this place to many friends and family and been repeat customers since we have lived here. Beware because they truly do not value customer loyalty. More
