I appreciate the video they send of your car with the results of their inspection. I do wish the guy had talked a little more slowly so I could take it all in. My first time for this dealerships service. I had a 8:A appointment for 5000 mile service. Checking in , the advisor informed me they were behind and I was looking at a 2.5 hour wait.
