My first time for this dealerships service. I had a 8:A appointment for 5000 mile service. Checking in , the advisor informed me they were behind and I was looking at a 2.5 hour wait. He said t I had a 8:A appointment for 5000 mile service. Checking in , the advisor informed me they were behind and I was looking at a 2.5 hour wait. He said there were 5 other cars ahead of me. I guess an appointment doesn't hold much wait. If drop offs go to front of the line, why make an appointment? More
