I took advantage of the complimentary car wash. I was in the service department for engine oil change and air filter inspection. After the service was done, I went back to Joel to show him what happedned to the service department for engine oil change and air filter inspection. After the service was done, I went back to Joel to show him what happedned to my vehicle tag. The tag was "warped" at both ends. It took us to figure why it happened. There was a consensus that the car wash equipment swirling motion caught the protruding portion of the tag and bent it. It took only seconds before Joel came back with another guy ( I forgot his name) and the guy took the tag out and straightened it out to my satisfaction. The "minor adjustment" took only few minutes but it was Joel and the guy's prompt actions that's worth sharing. Regardless of what happened to my tag, I considered that a very good service! More

If you needed and model store this would or should be the one. I have been there 3 times and have not had a bad experience at all with anybody in that facility. My wife was with me this time and has said when it is time for her to get a car Apex Toyota is where she will be going.
