I just traded in my 2008 Dodge Avenger R/T f new or used car. Why? Because they are friendly, fair and will NOT put any pressure on you what-so-ever. I just traded in my 2008 Dodge Avenger R/T for a 2013 Toyota Avalon XLE Premium and the process was as smooth as any transaction of this kind could be..... I've dealt with many new car dealers in my life (I'm 67 and my first new car was a '69 Nova) and I can honestly say this was the best new car buying experience of my life. Randy Adams is the "go-to-guy" and he made my wife and I feel welcomed and respected. Very little "negotiating" was needed because they offered us an amazing deal .... right out of the 'gate'. Service area tour (pristine shop), 6 detail bays, parts dept. and lounge area etc. make for an amazing state of the art facility. Hendrick knows what it takes to make repeat customers - and they do it right. With the Toyota premium name badge behind them .... how the heck can they go wrong? More

I was in for the 20,000 mile maintenance on my Prius. Service was completed when expected. The waiting room was comfortable and the wireless connection was good, so I could get a bunch of work done while Service was completed when expected. The headlight on my 2012 Prius burned out, and I called the dealership for repair as soon as I realized that I had a problem. The dealership arranged to fix my car the same day I called. The headlight was repaired quickly and properly, and I was on my way home in less than an hour. I have been more than pleased with the service I have received at this dealership. The personnel is polite, efficient and friendly and so far the repair fees have been reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More
very helpful and friendly service and customer service. very helpful and friendly service and customer service. i feel that, at times, there is an effort to sell service, very expensive service, when the very helpful and friendly service and customer service. i feel that, at times, there is an effort to sell service, very expensive service, when the service is not needed. the young lady that facilitated my service this time did not do this, but i have been there several times and had service pushed on me, e.g. the service tech found some minor signs of power steering fluid under my truck and wanted to repair it for nearly $1000. i did not have the work done and there has been no more evidence of the problem nor has this been brought to my attention again. being able to trust the people i hire to work for me is vitally important. that experience damaged the trust i have with your company. however, while there have been attempts to sell more service, i have not experience the degree of a problem that i described above.
