Last visit, however, we asked for the plastic door molding to be repaired. Warranty was about up and we wanted to be sure it was repaired under the warranty period. The service order said they found a missing clip, replaced it and reinstalled the clip and the molding. When we got into the car, the molding was off, as before. My husband put it back as he had done several times before so we made no headway in the repair. We had dropped the car off the night before but still had to wait 40 minutes for the above 'repair' and a tire rotation. They weren't able to complete the car wash either. Just disappointing that the repair was not properly taken care of. More
