Recall Service I was disappointed with the dealership communication, follow-through and care of my vehicle. The service member that greeted me was friendly. I was I was disappointed with the dealership communication, follow-through and care of my vehicle. The service member that greeted me was friendly. I was asked if I wanted a car wash with my service and I said yes. I was told that my car would be ready at 2:00. Unfortunately, at 4:30 when I had not heard from the dealer I called to check the status of my vehicle, I was on hold for about 20 minutes, only to then be told that my car had finished 11 minutes prior and was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the dealership I was once again greeted by my service member who was polite. I got checked out and waited for my car. As I drove away I realized that my car had not received a car wash as I was promised and in fact when I climbed in the back seat of my Sienna van I found handprints of grease on the back and side of my passenger leather seat, and the passenger middle seat. It is disappointing to not have had my car washed, but more importantly that my vehicle was not properly cared for by the technicians. More
I went in for a recall of my Sienna Van. The service I received on my recall for my Sienna Van was excellent. The Service Manager Brian was professional and helpful and explained the events o The service I received on my recall for my Sienna Van was excellent. The Service Manager Brian was professional and helpful and explained the events of what was being done to my vehicle. He showed me computer footage of the work that was being done on recall for both doors on my vehicle. I sincerely was appreciative of his professionalism and spirit he exalted as a person on the job daily. I truly can say the shuttle service was excellent as I rode home with the driver Mr. Larry, he picked me up and upon my return my vehicle was completed and work done. A true satisfied customer. More

Worst service techs ever So I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My truck was on the lifts on the side of the building where I was able to see my truck getting So I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My truck was on the lifts on the side of the building where I was able to see my truck getting worked on and I could actually hear the technicians talking. They had given me a time of an hour and half. 2 hours had passed by and yet no one had done anything to my truck. Sitting 20 yards away from my truck while it was on the lift, one of the techs thought my truck was just a tire rotation and no oil change. When one tech asked the other about my trucks estimated time, the tech started using profanity and I quote “this truck, oh f*** this truck it’ll take me another 1.5 hours. At this point I approached the technicians and asked them why they were treating my truck like that and why it took them so long to do nothing. I had 6 techs staring at me with nothing to say. Then their service manager came and started talking to me about the issue and what was going on. After they tried to accommodate it by offering me a free wash and free rental only my oil change was done and that’s all. I really would trust them because it seemed as if the tech didn’t care about the customers car. When I got home I popped open the hood and their was oil stains around my engine bay in random areas that definitely weren’t their before. My uncle actually works for Toyota in Atlanta and I gave him a call and told him what happened. He knew what really happens behind closed doors and I had asked about a survey to be emailed to me and I was denied 3 times because they were scared about my review. Never going back to apex, I have 4 other cars that I get serviced their but not anymore! More
