Excellent customer service I visited Hendrick Toyota on Saturday for my 15,000 mile maintenance. I was greeted by Alexander who was professional and friendly. I was offered a shuttle but had someone picking me up. I was told it would be about an hour but they would call when it was ready to pick up. I received a call after 35 minutes that my car was ready! I was amazed at how quickly they had me back on the road. Then on top of it all my car was returned to me bright and shiny, they had washed it too! I felt like I was driving off in a new car again. More

Excellent! Great! Wonderful! I have always stayed away from dealerships for any work but warranty. Toyota and Hendrick's are the exception. Oil change Everything was great EXCEPT the length of time I had to wait for an oil change. I waited almost 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Out of Town Oil Change I had the privilege of getting my oil changed on 12-29-2016 at Rick Hendricks Toyota at Apex. I was immediately greeted by a car specialist. They chan I had the privilege of getting my oil changed on 12-29-2016 at Rick Hendricks Toyota at Apex. I was immediately greeted by a car specialist. Recall Service I had scheduled a recall service on my Toyota Tacoma. I arrived at 7 am and was promptly pulled into the garage and greeted by my service rep. Everyth I had scheduled a recall service on my Toyota Tacoma. I arrived at 7 am and was promptly pulled into the garage and greeted by my service rep. Everything seemed well organized and everyone was very courteous. I also noticed that they were prepared and well equipped to take me where ever I needed to go and to my surprise when my vehicle was done asked if I need someone to pick me up to bring me back to the dealership. Check out was simple and Mathew was great to work with. We also discussed recommended services but with no pressure to buy. I do plan on purchasing tires. The price is reasonable and positive service will always bring me back to a business. More
