Pre-owned truck purchase I recently purchased a 2010 truck from this dealer via the internet. They were 2 1/2 hours away from my location. The salesperson was good to work wi I recently purchased a 2010 truck from this dealer via the internet. They were 2 1/2 hours away from my location. The salesperson was good to work with. The process of out of town negotiating with this dealer was NOT great. In order to hold the truck, in order for me to look at, they demanded a $1000 deposit with the subtle implication that if the vehicle was "mechanically" as they advertised, the deposit was non-refundable. Through further probing questions to the salesperson I learned that cosmetics would not initiate a refund even though it is impossible to see a vehicles true condition in photos. It was clear that a 18k pre-owned truck deal was a bit of a nuisance to this dealer. I would not conduct business there again. More

Came back for more money I took my '16 4 runner in for the 60,000 mile service appointment. The service dept. had computer issues that day and said it would late that day befo I took my '16 4 runner in for the 60,000 mile service appointment. The service dept. had computer issues that day and said it would late that day before they got to it and offered to take $30.00 off the bill for the inconvenience. I did just that and when I picked it up they did take the 30 off. A week later they called back and wanted to charge the 30 back to my card. I was told they could not de3duct the 30 from the bill. They just lost all my business and a repeat customer. We were looking at a new Highlander for my wife but all has changed. We did buy but from another dealership. More
