The sales rep, Elijah Kisner, was awesome. I spoke with 3 separate dealerships and Elijah was by far the best to work with. He was easy to get a hold of, responsive, and kept me updated as m I spoke with 3 separate dealerships and Elijah was by far the best to work with. He was easy to get a hold of, responsive, and kept me updated as my vehicle was on the way. 100% would recommend to my friends and would call him again. I still gave 5 stars, but the actual purchase process working with the business folks (the paperwork side of it day-of purchase) took a lot longer then expected and was pretty bulky, even though I had an appointment and was not financing or trading. I would still 100% recommend Hendrick Toyota Apex and Elijah in particular. More
