Although, I’m an indecisive and picky individual, Chandler, an individual on the Hendricks sales team, was up to the task of finding my perfect vehicle. He worked with me over the course of a month Chandler, an individual on the Hendricks sales team, was up to the task of finding my perfect vehicle. He worked with me over the course of a month to find my RAV4 with every feature and color specifically how I wanted it. Trust me, this was no easy job. Day in and day out Chandler sent me links to vehicles they had in inventory and each day I declined. I’m shocked that he didn’t give up on me. Finally he found it. A Lunar Rock colored RAV4 with Black Leather Interior, LED Headlights, Heated Seats, Park assist, Paint Protection, and much more. Chandler made time for me the same day that the vehicle come in to finalize the purchase. This was the third dealership I had tried to work with. My previous experiences with sales associates were that they had little patience, and were not dedicated in helping me find the right vehicle. The difference between these interactions and Chandler was a night and day difference. To tell you all the truth if it wasn’t for Chandlers persistence I probably would’ve given up for the 3rd time this year. Thank you Chandler for being a great salesperson, and keep up that great attitude, it honestly shows! P.S. once again my apologies for being so complicated. But I love my vehicle so I guess it was worth it? Just kidding! Sorry again! More
