- came in for a tire light after driving 9 hours from Texas, waited over 2 hours for them to update me on whats wrong with my tire -after they found out the problem tried charging me for something tha Texas, waited over 2 hours for them to update me on whats wrong with my tire -after they found out the problem tried charging me for something that was warranty and should have been covered stating Subaru denied the claim, then stated after i told them it should be covered under my warranty because my basic car warranty for 3 year/36,000 miles is still active they (service manager) told me they will try to figure it out and not mention that to anyone? Then said it is covered -replaced valve stem and didn't balance the tire, checked for weights and no new weights were added now my vehicle shakes at high way speeds over 55 mph -didn’t even receive a MPI sheet because they “were trying to hurry and get the vehicle to me” after waiting 2 hours. (as a former technician) how do you have the car for 2+ hours and cant do an at most 10 minute multi point inspection? Is that not a safety concern for the customer? -if ever in that area probably wont visit that store again More
