This is my third vehicle purchase from Hendrick Subaru in Hoover, Alabama. My first visit to the dealership was back in 2021, when I purchased a 2021 Outback from Sales Representative, Michael Adul'Ali. My o Hoover, Alabama. My other two purchases have been within the past six months, a 2020 Outback, because I love that body style, and most recently, a 2026 Outback. Brock McCoy was my Sales Representative for both of these recent purchases. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find a vehicle with all the features I wanted. On my most recent purchase, what I was looking for had me torn between a Forester and an Outback. After test driving at least four different Forester and Outback models, I ultimately chose another Outback. Even after nearly four hours, Brock remained just as patient, helpful, and positive as he had been when he sold me my previous vehicle six months earlier. Both times, I called ahead to discuss what I had seen online and what I was looking for. Brock immediately began tracking down vehicles that were either on the lot or in transit, ensuring I had options that matched my preferences.
