Great dealership. Hendrick's BMW also sent out a video of mechanic's inspection of our BMW. They also provided timely updates regarding the O2 sensor ordered. Was disappointed from the moment we got there. Trying to sell us things we didn’t need. When we picked up the car the representative didn’t know what was going on. Also, the car was supposed to be washed. The last thing I got a text from the original guy who checked up in on Saturday, at 3:30 yesterday that my car was ready to be picked up. I had already picked it up at 7:30 am. More
