Got my 2007 Acura serviced after having emission system problem. Technician found the problem quickly and dealership had the work completed in one day. Cam was my service rep for getting my 2013 Acura TL work handled. Work was diagnosed and I was informed of what the problem was prior to during the work. After giving the ok to perform the needed service, handled. Work was diagnosed and I was informed of what the problem was prior to during the work. Special shout-out to Pat and Jenn. My 4 year and 6 month old 2018 BMW 3 series overheated. The warning light said to stop as soon as possible. I pulled into store parking lot with My 4 year and 6 month old 2018 BMW 3 series overheated. The warning light said to stop as soon as possible. I pulled into store parking lot within 300 yards. I called Hendricks BMW of Southpoint and explained the problem. The support staff said not to continue driving. They opened a ticket with BMW SOS. A flat bed wrecker arrived within the hour to load the vehicle. I was texted a link for Uber pickup that arrived about 12 minutes later. The Uber trip was prepaid. Hendricks service contacted me so I was aware the vehicle arrived at dealership. I asked if nothing serious could an oil change be performed even though last oil change was only 5,800 miles ago. "no problem" Service center contacted me that vehicle had a broken cooling link that was replaced and oil change would soon be completed. I asked if car could be delivered to my home. "no problem" I received electronic bill for the oil change. Paid online. Warranty covered towing, Uber, and repair. My 330i was delivered back to me and looked like it had been detailed. So in less than 24 hours, Hendricks set the standard that other dealerships need to strive for. More
