Our buying experience at Hendrick was exceptional. Our sales rep, Chris Kriak was very knowledable, friendly and answered all our questions during our time with him. He even gave us a complete tour of the dealership including the service area when I asked if we could see everything. The dealership itself was very clean and large. When we completed our sales process, he had one of their service techs give us a complete indoctrination of our new car. He explained how all the options worked and even programmed our garage remote and cellphones to the new car. I highly recommend Hendrick Mercedes and Chris Kriak as a sales rep. More
