I am very happy with Hendrick, specifically their Mercedes service in Charlotte, NC (Independence Blvd.) they do a good quality job fixing the problem, they explain everything and let you know all of Mercedes service in Charlotte, NC (Independence Blvd.) they do a good quality job fixing the problem, they explain everything and let you know all of your options with recommendations for what you truly need. They do a good job fixing the problem completely without it coming back, but they don’t try to push you into stuff you don’t truly need. They are a business, but I feel like they care more about the customer than other car service places. I am comfortable and trust both the quality of their work and their recommendations. I moved the next state over and still prefer to have my car serviced by Hendrick than my local dealership 10 minutes away. I also like that I have had the same service manager since I bought the car 4 years ago. They take care of the customer. More
