I cannot express how pleased I am with Hendrick Motors of Charlotte Mercedes-Benz. Our salesperson, Ryan Smith was beyond exceptional! He was so helpful and accomodating. We had been looking for a car for months and we had visited several other dealerships and Ryan was by far the most helpful to work with. He made it happen and I drove away in a brand new car in less than a week of contacting him. I am also pleased that the dealership didn't take advantage of the car shortage situation by adding on an additional fee to a car they had on the lot. That to me, speaks volumes of the kind of business I am dealing with and I will make the two-hour drive back to them when I want to purchase another car.
