Hendrick Motors of Charlotte provided a 360 exceptional customer service experience from the initial call for an appointment to the time I left after having my Mercedes serviced. Ms. Rebecca arranged a nex customer service experience from the initial call for an appointment to the time I left after having my Mercedes serviced. Ms. Rebecca arranged a next day appointment and went the extra mile to ensure I had transportation to and from the dealership if needed. She was pleasant, professional and had a servants heart. When I arrived the next day, I had a welcome greeting until Mr. Freddie Lucas arrived. After introducing himself, he listened as I explained the purpose for bringing my Mercedes in. He then explained why the auxiliary battery light may have come on, where it was located and it’s purpose. He stated they would check right away and escorted me to the waiting area. Before he returned the mechanic had videos of what was checked and what required attention. Shortly thereafter Mr. Lucas returned with a printout and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and that it could be accomplished the same day. I waited and left with my car looking and driving like it was brand new. I was so impressed that if and when I do decide to trade up, this is where I will come to purchase another Benz as well as continue to have maintenance service here. I can now drive to KY to see about my mom whose 90. Blessings and thanks for the best service ever! More
