There is unusually hassle associated with any car servicing process but Kristan made sure that wasn't the case for me. He's knowledgeable, courteous and goes the extra mile for his customers! I expressed this and ended up in a very hostile environment. I truly thought the employee Noel was going to knock my lights out. It was a very demeaning, dehumanizing, and degrading experience. This team could use some training on how to close deals and/or even the art of disagreeing. Their mannerisms were beneath the Mercedes luxury brand and a very poor reflection of Hendricks Auto Group.
