June 15, 2022 - my husband and I are on our second Mercedes’ and we love this make/model. We currently own a GLS 450 2017. We just left Hendrick Mercedes of Charlotte where we parked in the front area Mercedes’ and we love this make/model. We currently own a GLS 450 2017. We just left Hendrick Mercedes of Charlotte where we parked in the front area, walked the parking lot, and went inside and not one person said hello or approached us to offer assistance. There were 2 sitting at the front desk (female and male) and at least 4 or 5 others working with no other customers as far as we could tell. This was rude. We were interested in trading our car for a new GLS 450 or 550. I did you two stars because I didn’t think it was fair to your service department who has been wonderful. I was just truly shocked at the lack of customer service. More
