I told him my first starter Benz always wanted one so not having much credit history I was not sure if I was able to get one. He asked me questions about how far I'd drive on daily basis and if I had family here with me. We ended up settling in a lease of a 2023 Cclass 300 in white and black interior it's very much like the S classic Benz. I'm please with everything the service and the car itself. More

I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to share my experience buying my first car. I came into the dealership and was looking around the parking lot. He took me over and showed me some he had but said come inside and let’s look for more. I didn’t even know what I wanted I was flustered and excited and scared idk. But he went the extra mile and made me feel better by telling me all the next steps when buying a car. Like once you select it to drive home was all under an hour. So guys I bought my first Mercedes Benz I got the warranty and everything too. Best of all it hit exactly where I needed that monthly payment to be. came into Mercedes-Benz to do my series A service or first service as they call it. While walking around in the merch shop I was greeted by an employee there named Rakesh. He had a yellow name tag on he explained it had something to do with personality strengths. I ended up doing the online test later that day too. He actually got me to buy an umbrella from the shop. It was raining out and suggested that it will come in handy if you didn’t already have an umbrella to match my car. I thought it was a clever way to sell something but I ended up buying the umbrella and a coffee mug. I appreciate good customer service and it shouldn’t go overlooked! More

While I was waiting for my car to be done in service, Bri at the front desk offered snacks and talked to me for half an hour which made me feel like a valued customer. They couldn’t and my tires were bad (need to replace all four) I had high miles on my car and he suggested that he buy my car from me if I wanted to jump into a 2017 C-Class. He just showed me what my new payment would be and it was right where my old payment was and no money down. Sometimes blessings come in all forms. Thanks guys! More
