I have a lease already with like 1100 miles on it I brought it in to collect my rubber mats and while waiting I was in the showroom and I saw the series GLE 63 AMG!!! I had to have it. I was worried about exiting my kease and what the cost would have been. so I asked my sales agent Rakesh who jumped on the phone with mbfs and they were able to switch my lease over I had to pay something but it was worth it so much. the sound of this car is freaking insane!!! absolutely love it bad! thanks Rakesh for hooking me up again!! He took my keys introduced me to the service advisor pulled my car into service bay and walked me thru the process. I had some work to do so he let me use the desk next to his as it was empty to do my work. He got me coffee and it made my day. The wait was not long at all given I didn’t have an appointment. He even said he’d buy my car from me and put me in a new car, very good sales strategy btw. More

Absolutely a fantastic experience being greeted as I was dropped off from the Uber driver I came here to browse cars as I needed one pretty soon. I got locked out my car. I lost my keys!! I got my car towed to Hendrick Motors after speaking with my sales man Rakesh. He got on top of things. He contacted whoever it may I lost my keys!!
