Hendrick MINI always exceeds my expectations when it comes to taking care of beloved Countryman. Everyone on the MINI team is always so helpful and gracious. They respect my time when I need to come in to get some work done on my car; they're always very efficient. Even when I need to spend time there to wait for my car, I never mind because the dealership is always so clean and well stocked with delicious treats and beverages. It makes the waiting go by just a little bit faster! And really, I never meet a stranger when I'm there - so may smiles and kind inquiries about my day or my family. I always feel like an cherished member of the MINI family. More

Had a service visit at end of May. I dealt with Craig Eves for the first time. We had an Awesome experience thanks to Craig. Kudos to our service tech for sending us the video of his assessment on our car. Always love the video. 5 Star service! Had another service visit July 3 because my battery went dead. The battery was almost 5 years old. I booked the appointment 3 days out. We met up with Craig Eves and he was all over getting us in and out as quickly as possible. He knew our car had been down for 3 days and he came through for us. Another 5-Star service visit 13 years trending. More
