L Certification Issue I just recently purchased an L certified car from another dealership and love it. I was due for my first oil change and when I brought it to Hendrick I just recently purchased an L certified car from another dealership and love it. I was due for my first oil change and when I brought it to Hendricks it was brought to my attention that my brake pad mm reading didn’t qualify for an L Certification. I was made aware that the brake pads needed to be at least 6mm for the certification and after some digging through records of my vehicle the Hendricks staff was able to help me get the other dealership to pay for the brake pad replacement. I couldn’t be more happy with the staff at Hendricks and would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a car or service their existing Lexus with them, they went above and beyond for a consumer that didnt even purchase their vehicle from them, couldn’t be happier. More

Service Repair I have an older Lexus, which is a GX 470. It has just over a 100,000 miles and I still love the vehicle. I always stay on top of scheduled maintenance I have an older Lexus, which is a GX 470. It has just over a 100,000 miles and I still love the vehicle. I always stay on top of scheduled maintenance but every now and then something comes up. I notice fluid leaking and took it into the dealership for repair. They took care of the immediate repair but also found several other things, which needed to be taken care of. I don't believe this was an up-sale as the items they found were explained to me and the consequences if I did not do the repair. The biggest item were the tires. They were cracked and worn on the sides and since they were a single ply could easily blow out. I appreciated how they worked with me to get this situation resolved. I worked with Jenny Tracy, and she is the best! More

Some dealers assume because you are a female you don’t know what you are doing. That was absolutely not the case here!!!!! I had my small son with me, and Nick was very helpful! He was never pushy, very informative, extremely patient with us putting car seats in different vehicles to test drive, and didn’t make me feel bad for checking out all of my options before buying. We ended up finding the exact color scheme we liked at the South branch. Rick, Sam, April, and Jordan were all very helpful closing the deal. Normally there is a lot of back and forth on price, and that wasn’t the case at all! It was a 10 minute discussion on price, and it was done! Our kids definitely appreciated the endless supply of yummy snacks and drinks! We got a fair value for our trade as well as a good deal on our new vehicle! It is hard spending money, and they understand that...so they even threw in all weather floormats for us! Once the purchase was complete, Greg did a very thorough job explaining the new vehicle to us! He even paired my phone to the car and set up our garage door opener. I left the dealership literally ready to go! Everyone was so kind and we had a great experience from start to finish! They made buying a vehicle very easy! Thank you Hendrick Lexus! More

Got a pretty good price for the trade in and dealership helped with explaining all benefits/detriments to leasing vs buying new car. I don't ever want to talk about "car payments", just want to talk ultimate price of the car as it is my responsibility to figure out the payment aspect and they were very accommodating of this. Many dealerships like to talk down to you and try to only discuss payments and Hendrick was not like that at all. Only issue is that paperwork seemed extremely cumbersome even though it was all electronic. Can't some of that be consolidated? More
