We just bought our 5th car from Hendrick Lexus & Superior Lexus (bought by Hendrick) -- 3 new & 2 pre-owned. We have had a great experience each time. While we knew they were a great place to buy new cars, we never thought to buy a pre-owned car there until we were on the hunt for a car for a grandchild & were near Hendrick Lexus. The experience compared to any other purchase of a pre-owned vehicle was outstanding. When you drive your car off the lot, you know Hendrick Lexus will stand behind it. Even on a car not certified, Hendrick gave us a 3.000 mile or 3-month warranty, something no other dealer would offer. We did not need to use it, of course, because we had the assurance that they had truly checked the car over & were not sending our grandchild away with an unsafe, unmaintained piece of junk. The prices were great. We believe we would have probably paid more for the same thing elsewhere. They will work with you to give you what you need. More

I had to bring my RX 350 in for service and had an exceptional experience. Brian Veal was my service advisor and he was so friendly and helpful. He communicated with me every step of the way by text a exceptional experience. Brian Veal was my service advisor and he was so friendly and helpful. He communicated with me every step of the way by text as well as phone. The text option was incredibly helpful for quick communication as I'm not always available by phone. Todd Wayman was my technician and I thought the video he sent following his inspection was very helpful and easy to understand, showing all needed repairs and why. The valet service is great! They pickup and deliver, it couldn't have been easier. Overall my service experience was terrific! I absolutely will continue to have Brian and Todd take care of all my service needs. Top notch! More
