Don't service your Lexus at Hendrick I brought my Lexus in for some maintenance work and had to leave it for a couple of days. I later got a phone call and was told the car needed several additional services. Rather than pay the dealership's mark up I took it to another shop I have used in the past to service my car. While at this shop they showed me that 3 of the services that Hendrick recommended were bogus. I was told these guys are on commision. I will be buying new RX in about a year and rest assured it won't be from Hendrick. More
Stay away! Unethical dealership Buyers beware! Stay away! Many of the old and trusted management crew is gone, due to unethical practices of this dealership. I bought 4 vehicles from Buyers beware! Stay away! Many of the old and trusted management crew is gone, due to unethical practices of this dealership. I bought 4 vehicles from them in the past several years, but several weeks ago was treated like dirt by multiple sales managers including (Bryan Exposito, Lamar Creenshaw, and general manager Nick Karras). We agreed to a purchase price of the vehicle, I got financing in place, and then in the show room during the delivery of the vehicle Lamar Creenshaw tried to change the purchase price by $185. This is how much they value repeated customers! We are talking about $185 on a $24k car. When I showed Lamar Creenshaw the signed purchase order which was approved by the general manager Nick Karras (and which proved that my price is accurate), he started arguing with me in front of my family, told me that I can either take his new price or leave the dealership. Lamar Creenshaw started getting into my face over $185. Purchase order is a written contract when accepted by both parties in writing, and not honoring the contract is in a direct violation of the FTC policy. It is a sale, negotiation and acceptance! Period. This is why laws exist! Do not buy cars from here! More
Long, but good It did take a bit longer to get the deal completed, however I am pleased with the overall results. Sales did a good job, and I'm happy. They don't need your business Sent an email to service advisor asking how much an oil change is on my Lexus and never heard back. I then sent an email to the service manager Teresa Holt and never heard back. Clearly this service department doesn't need business and because of that I'm buying my next car this summer at another dealership and it won't be a Lexus either. More

He listened and worked extremely hard to make sure I felt good about the car buying experience. He and everyone on the Hendrick staff truly embodied the definition of fine customer service. Susan in delivery was very knowledgeable and patient showing me everything about my new car. I would highly recommend Hendrick Lexus in Merriam. More

That should have been the red flag. It appeared to me that the service dept. really didn't care about finding the problem with the car, which I had not purchased from them. They reset the computer and test drove it, and said it seemed ok. When the problem reoccurred before I even picked up the car, they simply reset the computer again. Nothing was done. They said that the only thing they could THINK of was to replace the wiring harness, for $13,000, and of course they understood when I said I didn't want to do that. This was from the service department who had proudly told me at my initial appointment that they never "throw parts at cars". I continued to receive calls and emails from their sales department for several weeks. I finally took my car to a different Lexus dealership, and they diagnosed and corrected the problem for $1500, and didn't try to sell me a new car. More

I let them know that I was out of town so I would need to agree on numbers before making a three hour trip to visit them. I let them know I had a trade and what I had been offered for it in a trade. Imagine my surprise when I was offered 3,000 less than any other dealer I had worked with. I told them I had one that was a written offer and sent it to them per there request. Instead of using this to validate my statement they used the information to see if the cars I was looking at were still there and stated they were gone and they must have overvalued the car to try and sell me. To make things worse when I pointed out how grossly undervalued my trade was they came back with my original trade amount, their listed price and a doc fee of $500 with a will do it like they were doing me a favor. At the end of the day I don't need a new vehicle and was looking for a specific set of features, miles and price. I would recommend you stay away from this place. I know they will never get an inquiry from me again! Chris in Omaha More

Ken was a nice enough fellow but he did not ask any questions about our needs. He made some very incorrect assumptions about our ability to buy and showed us low end cars without ever asking what our questions about our needs. He made some very incorrect assumptions about our ability to buy and showed us low end cars without ever asking what our price range was. He spent the first 30 minutes of the discussion taking us on a tour of the dealership which was a total waste of my time. It felt like he was trying to sell the dealership more than trying to sell a car. I don't care that they serve coffee at their waiting area...my objective is to spend NO time in that place after I buy a car. We went to Molle Audi the next day and purchased a $40,000 car that Ken apparently felt that we were not qualified for. More
My wife and I were looking to purchase a Lexus but having never bought one didnt know what exactly we were looking for. We called ahead of time and indicated that we would like to see used cars under $32000 never bought one didnt know what exactly we were looking for. We called ahead of time and indicated that we would like to see used cars under $32000 and would also like to test drive a ct200h because of an attractive advertised lease rate. The salesperson suggested we set aside 2 hours of our time and we agreed on a time. After testing an IS 250 and a ct200h we asked to see a slightly older es and possibly a small suv. We told our salesman, at the beginning, that we were in the initial process of deciding what car my wife wanted to drive. After seeing the CT we were told that he would not show us additional vehicles because his manager felt we were " all over the place". We left and went to another dealership, Superior Lexus, which was happy to work with us. Overall it was a bad experience. More
