I took my IS300 to Superior North after a misdiagnosis and poor repair at another Lexus dealership. I was kept informed every step of the way. The Tech made sure that I understood every step and gave me several options for repair. Steve went above and beyond to make sure that that the car was returned to me in as good as new condition. He worked with other family members when I was not available. Paco in parts knew my name and the history of the car. He did everything possible to make sure that the parts order was correct. He was friendly and knowledgeable through the entire process. Superior is a well oiled machine. It was evident that all parts of the dealership communicate well with each other.
